Golf Strength

Golf Strength is a workout centered around golf flexibility, golf strength, and TPI Protocols. We have found that becoming more “golf strong” allows players of all levels to play better golf without getting tired near the end of the round. In addition, we work on incorporating a more stable “base” in order to create more efficient power through the golf swing. Expect some time at the conclusion of the workout to hit some shots and get a better awareness to how your body moves post workout.
