Golf Yoga/Pilates

Golf Yoga/Pilates is another class that is offered based off of feedback from our patrons. This class is a nice way to unwind from a busy work week and concentrate on exercises that will assist in your alignment, strength, mental focus and flexibility that many of us neglect. Golf Yoga/Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core, lengthen your spine and hamstrings, and develop a more flexible physique. Our goal with this class is to help you hit the ball farther, straighter and more accurately with less chance of injury.
