The curriculum of the Pre-Round Prep workout is taken off of feedback from our patrons. This session is centered around golf mobility and functionality for your golf game. Here you will encounter a bit slower paced workout, really focusing on becoming more pliable. Enjoy a deep stretch that allows you to recover from the week, as well as get ready for some weekend golf! For those of you that travel, this is a great way to keep your body mobile throughout the golf season. There is a heavy emphasis on hip and hamstring mobility/stability, thoracic rotation, as well as some core stabilization drills.
